Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology, a foundation that strengthens her ability to bring practical, solutions-driven thinking to the financial and operational challenges faced by the businesses her partners serve. Over the past 12 years, she has led and supported multiple small business expansion projects. This experience has strengthened her ability to build trusted and impactful relationships with both business owners and referral partners.

Outside of the office, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her husband, Frank, and their dogs, Thor and Meadow. She can often be found cooking, baking, or surrounded by friends and family.
